Course Description
This course introduces students to the field of Human resources management or HRM. This course will provide students with an inclusive and a thorough overview of each area under the big umbrella of HRM. This course will equip students with preliminary knowledge of HRM theories and different strategies of managing HRM tasks and the HRM sub-departments. Students will develop an understanding of the main theories of HRM, various tools, usages, and strategies and will apply them through discussions and case studies of real business cases.
Nashwa graduated from the American University of Sharjah with Bachelor's in Business Administration and worked in a multinational corporate for four years. Afterwards, she obtained her masters degree from Florida State University. Ever since then, she has been teaching and training undergraduate and graduate students in various areas of business administration and media while managing her family business in media and journalism. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD at London South Bank University. She loves travelling and meeting people
