This course introduces students to the field of public relations or PR and provides preliminary knowledge of public relations theories and practice. Students will develop an understanding of the main theories of PR, key concepts, benefits and implementations, different practices, ethical issues, and role of strategies and tactics in public relations management.

Nashwa graduated from the American University of Sharjah with Bachelor's in Business Administration and worked in a multinational corporate for four years. Afterwards, she obtained her masters degree from Florida State University. Ever since then, she has been teaching and training undergraduate and graduate students in various areas of business administration and media while managing her family business in media and journalism. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD at London South Bank University. She loves travelling and meeting people
